About Ray Huang

The music in her mind, from the world

'The ups and downs, the good and the bad, life and feelings constitute the quintessential fodder for artistic creation.'  Whenever the spirits are low or high, she would remind herself of this dictum and return her focus to the objectives she laid out for her life.

As a composer, she strives to create music that invokes strong emotions and connects with listeners. Her work is influenced by a variety of styles and genres- classical, New Ages, Jazz, pop, Asian and military music......ranging from the traditional to the innovative. Each piece is sincerely crafted to capture the essence of the emotions she hopes to convey: joy, sorrow, drama or energy.
